Is it true that learning a foreign language at the preschool and toddler age is easier than for a middle school child?
Rapid language growth occurs during the early years of a child's life. The research that I have read suggests that it is easier for a young child to learn a second language. Language development starts at birth and grows rapidly during the first five years; therefore, exposure to a second language would also be absorbed during this time. It's never too early or too late to learn a second language!"
