~~Super bowl party~~
We are Bears fans all the way around in this household. During football season we have the Bears schedule on our calendar and NEVER dare make plans anywhere near game time. Jt has pleased his dad and has taken on a LOVE for football ( as well as hockey and baseball). This year Jt played for the Raiders in his football division at the park district. Therefore, our second favorite team this year has been the Raiders… When our Bears were done playing for the year we rooted on the Raiders. So, the superbowl will be a big deal in our house this Sunday! :o) We have invited over Rick and Anne , as well as Jenn and her kids. I am going to make chili with some pasta, cheddar cheese, onions and sour cream to go with it. For appetizers, I am making deviled eggs , chips and dip and then I told Rick to bring something. Not very original or anything super extravagant but when money is tight you do what you can.:o) We will have fun, and I think I will let Jt make some signs to hang up to help celebrate…. GO RAIDERS!!!!!!!!!!!! :O)
~~Joe is going to Costa Rica~~
Joe informed me two nights ago that he has to go to Costa Rica February 21st for a Quality inspection at the call center there for the company he works for. I was a bit disappointed that he was not given more notice and that is right around Autumns birthday so I am going to plan Autumns birthday dinner downtown around that trip. Maybe a little of this annoyance stems from jealousy?? Previously Joe and I had talked about making a mini vacation out of the next trip he had there for the two of us. Well, not only was he given very short notice but there is no way financially we could afford for me to go right now. :o(
~~Alec just being Alec~~
Little stinker Alec made a Huge mess last night. I was downstairs getting Autumn some Tylenol Cold because she was coughing a little. I went upstairs and saw Alec sitting at the computer desk I turn the chair around and see Alec had dumped a bottle of Baby shampoo on his head and the computer keyboard. I had to laugh because his hair was sticking straight up and he had this proud look on his face! That is what happens when you leave a 2 year old alone for two minutes! LOL
I will write more in the next day or two

We have been potty training this weekend and boy do I have some stories to tell! LOL
