I wanted to write about one last thing before I posted this entry up. I had to take a couple of days to cool down before I wrote about this so that I would not get worked up again. Monday night about a half hour after I had put the kids to bed Joe went to check on them. He found Autumn with some makeup and told her to put it away. He never asked me if she was supposed to have it???
(As I have written before, I have to keep the stuff way up high or she goes crazy with it.) Well, about 10 minutes later she comes down asking for a drink of water and I see she has makeup all over her face. I immediately knew she was in MY stash of makeup. I could see my colors all over her face. I told her to show me where it all was. I get up to J.T.’s bedroom and see she had hide it all in his bed. I get all together and saw that more then HALF of it was destroyed! All my good brushes were caked with lipstick and foundation. All my eye shadow/blush was cracked and trashed. The compact for all my eye stuff was covered in lipstick and my very favorite lipstick that I just bought was gone. About 100.00 in makeup GONE!!! I was so upset and tried to get the brushes recovered. That was all I kept out of all that makeup. I took away Autumns makeup indefinitely and I took away her dolls for 3 days. Boy, I love that little girl SO much…..but sometimes….AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Today when Jt walked in the door after school he was very excited and handed me a yellow envelope and told me it was a note from his teacher. As I was reading the note tears welled up in my eyes and all I could do was hug my little guy and tell him how proud I was of him and how much I loved him. Here is what the note said.
Dear Mr and Mrs Baksha,
J.T. has had a GREAT week at school. He was very attentive to classroom instructions and participated often. He was cooperative most of the times. He still tended to want to lead/boss too much, but was controlled if others disagreed with him. He started assignments quickly and quietly. I’m still urging him to slow down and show good quality work. I’m very pleased with his behavior this week. I think he felt good about school too. Thank you for your support. Let’s continue our efforts and keep J.T. on a positive, cooperative behavior and work track. Sincerely *****
This was very welcoming news and we made sure to make a huge deal about it with J.T. I want him to know that his good behaviors will be big deal to us. The only concern I have and it is not really a concern more then it is an annoyance. Jt talks SO loudly and it can be a little over whelming at times. I am thinking of taking him in to get his ears checked?? I have tried to encourage him to use an inside voice with no luck.

~~ Party update~~
I got myself ready for this party and even put on my black leather pants that Joe had lovingly requested! LOL I took my sweet time in getting ready and was hoping Joe would change his mind and say “Lets just go out to dinner. “ My wish did not come true and we were off to the party. When we first arrived I immediately felt out of place and wanted to go home. I told myself to suck it up and just DEAL with it. I went into the kitchen where I knew Anne (Ricks girlfriend) would be. I was so happy to see that she was working on dinner and quickly made myself busy with helping her out. That killed a lot of time and I had good conversation with Anne. In the meantime I had a couple drinks and began to loosen up a little. I was happy that all that cooking made me loose my appetite therefore I did not eat any of the junky food. :o) The downside to not eating was that the alcohol hit me quicker. The rest of the evening went smooth because I had a slight buzz going and was chattier then I normally am. AS I predicted in my last entry there was really not much to talk about other then the past. Thankfully, we kept busy with playing a couple of board games and kept the in depth talk about the past very short. All in all…. I over- reacted. Typical Tanya. Lol It was a nice visit and when Joe turns 30 (next year) I will not go nuts about having the same kind of party at our house.
Better run, naptime is almost over
God Bless
Tanya
