I had high hopes that I would have a new Diary over at Moms Today because they did some updates and moved people. I guess I did not make the cut this time. *sigh* Oh well, maybe next time???
I hate to say it but this entry may be a tad bit boring as not much has happened. Basically, this entry will just be random babblings… consider yourself warned lol

There are so many things that run through my mind during the day and I always make a mental note to put those things in my diary. Well, I get here to write and then bam… all the thoughts are gone. I go blank and then find myself babbling on about a ton of different things. LOL Why the heck can’t I remember those important thoughts when I need to? I need to carry a notebook around with me all the time.
The homecoming of Jt and Autumn on Friday was wonderful and I was so happy to have them home. Watching Alec toddle as fast as his little legs would take him to smother Jt and Autumn in Big squeezes was hilarious. Unfortunately, I was not able to spend as much time with the kids as I would have liked that evening because I had a Creative Memories workshop at my house. We did have a couple hours before the workshop to catch up. I got to hear about all the new additions they have put onto the Khalari resort and about all the new slides the kids got to test out. I also heard that Jt and his daddy were being stinkers and squirting people going down the lazy river with water. The kids had a really good time with Joe and even though I was not there everything went smoothly. Life goes on without mommy...*sniffle*lol
The only hitch to the trip was Autumn had several accidents during the trip and we think that she got a mild bladder infection from the pool water. We ended up spending the weekend being very lazy and we did not do very much but sit around and have family time. Saturday, Autumn went to a birthday party for a good part of the afternoon and I ran some errands in the freezing cold. (Brrrrrr it has been so cold and there is no SNOW! Ugh… when is it going to snow. I don’t mind the cold if we can go sledding or make snowmen.) Joe and Jt played the play station and watched football for a good part of the day. Sunday we went to church, Jt had hockey practice (which he had a BLAST at, despite the arguing and fighting to get him to GO to the practice. Lol) and then spent the rest of the day doing nothing and I even got to take an hour nap which NEVER happens. Well, that is enough about our boring weekend.

~~Autumn and her makeup~~
Autumn got a ton of lip-gloss, body glitter and nail polish for Christmas. Every little girls dream, every mothers nightmare. Autumn is obsessive about this stuff and I have now had to put all the makeup out of her reach and only allow her one lip gloss a day. She will use the entire tube in one day if I don’t watch her. Today her entire face is covered in the sparkling pink goop. Not only is she covered in the stuff, so are all her dolls and Barbie’s. I guess it is kind of comical and I should be laughing and taking pictures instead of sitting here whining about it……..it is just frustrating though to be wiping the stuff up all day long. I know I could just take it away from her but that just seems to be unfair. LOL
~~Great things for toddlers to play with~~
Today my mom found a great deal at target on an easel for only $15.00. There is a chalkboard on one side and then the other side you can use markers on the white surface. There is a roll of paper on the top that pulls down over the white surface so the kids can paint. Alec has had a ball with this and it was well worth the $. It worked out really well with preschool today and the kids were really excited about learning the letters on the chalkboard. Wooohooo for Oma.
Play dough has been a HUGE hit in my house for the last month or so. The kids play with play dough for hours. We bring it out a couple times each day and they get very imaginative. Alec likes to make peas with the green play dough and I have had to fish them out of his mouth or nose on a couple occasions. (lol) The kids sit around and make animals, food items, snowmen. The things you can do with play dough is amazing. I forgot how much fun play dough was, and have found myself sitting with the kids for a long time and making things right along side them. Aaaahhh to be a kid again :O)

Autumn went downtown Chicago today with my mom and dad. My father had some work to do down in his showroom and my mom wanted to do some shopping so she decided to have a special day with Autumn . Despite the freezing cold ( 3 degrees) they shopped until they dropped and Autumn came home with some very cute stuff. She had gotten two strollers for her Twin bittys for Christmas, so she got to exchange one and came home with several new things. The Dog (Coconut) for AG , a cute little reversible dog carrier, a baseball outfit for her AG and then she got a beautiful winter wonderland outfit for her bitty. When she got home she set all her new stuff up and played for 2 hours straight. I joined in with her and it was nice to just have some time with her alone. ( The boys were napping)
Jt has been doing great! He is doing so well on his medication and last night before bed he actually told us that he likes this medicine. He said it helps him focus more and he understands more in hockey practice and in school. I was so happy to hear this from him and now I have all the assurance I need. :O) Jt is on the lowest mg of the time release Ritalin and he was on a higher dosage of the Adderall. I can see the difference in Jt on the two types of meds and Ritalin is 100% better. He has more self control of his emotions when he coming down off the meds and he does not complain of headaches and stomach aches like he did with Adderall. Another plus is that he is eating more then he was before, although I have noticed he has started to be a bit pickier about what he does eat. The only time we really have a problem with him eating is in the morning before school. I am thinking of getting some pedisure and making him fruit shakes in the morning. He has always been really skinny and I would like to see him gain a little more weight plus I think these shakes would be really healthy for him to get every morning.
~~The Bachlorette show and Joe Millionaire~~(Warning… I am bad with names!!)
Okay, a number of the girls on Joe Millionaire are driving me nuts and I was so GLAD to see that Blonde snot go. She was so in it for money and to be on tv and I hope she is watching herself on Tv and feels completely ashamed of herself and see how utterly ridiculous she looks. Greedy Greedy Greedy SNOT! That’s all I will say about her. Right now my vote is for the red-head but I have a feeling she is not into Joe very much. I like her best though and think she is the most sincere one there.
The Bachelorette show has got me going as well. I really liked her (forgot her name LOL ) when the show first aried and I thought it was going to be a good show. After watching it this week though I am unsure and I think that she has already got her heart set on one guy and is going to have blinders on for the duration of the show. Unfortunately, I think she likes the guy that gave her the bracelet and for her sake I hope I am wrong. The guy is pushy, arrogant and you can tell he is in it just to get her and win .He practically cornered her to kiss her on last night’s episode! She deserves better then that guy and I personally hope she goes for Ryan?? ( I think that’s his name..... the one with the dark longer hair the one who write her the poem. He has a Great smile and eyes.). Well that is my opinion for the two shows… LOL What do you think?
