Hello all,

girls in play house Welcome to the Grandparent Haven!!! My children are being totally,100 percent spoiled and loving it. Jordan has been given anything her little heart desires. She has piles of new clothing, two new pairs of shoes, a pink and purple backpack that converts to a carry on for trips (no hints from my parent's about coming to visit, huh?), she has been eating pudding, M&M's, and macaroni and cheese non-stop. Life is good when you're almost 3 and your grandparents are visiting!!!

Jordan in play house My parent's also bought the girls a joint birthday gift which is a Little Tikes MagicSounds Play House. Jordan really likes it, both the girls are always playing in it. I have attached some pictures of them and also some of Jordie and my mom (yes she does look too young to be a grandma). They have enjoyed painting their toenails and going to breakfast alone.

Jordan and Gramma I do feel bad though, Jordan has said a few times that she doesn't want them to leave, she wants them to stay forever. It makes me want to cry when we have to explain that they have to go back, she has always been very close to my mom. They are leaving tomorrow night so we only have one more day together. At least my Gramma will be coming out for Jordan's birthday in October so hopefully that will make their leaving easier on her.

Jordan and Gramma On a totally different note, Jordan has made some progress with night potty training. She gets up two times a night on her own to use the potty and usually she is dry for at least one of those times. Pretty good!!! I have no idea when children usually are successful at night training but this is a good sign to me!!!

Well, since this is my parents' last night I need to go spend some time with them. Have a good week.

Megan and Jordan
