Hello,
Oh, my baby girl is growing up!!! She has discovered empathy, the other day she accidentally broke a piece off my wind chime and she started crying and telling me she was sorry. All week she has told me that she is sorry that she broke it and made me sad. It breaks my heart to hear her sound so sad!!!
Well, my big news this week is that I have a part time job now. It happened rather quickly. I went and filled out an application last Tuesday and I started working Saturday. I am a caregiver at an Adult Family Home. For those who don't know what that is, it's a house that 5 elderly people live in that are unable to live on their own yet don't need to be in a nursing home. The place I'm working at is very close to my house that I can see it from my front yard. The people that live there are very nice and I'm only working Saturday and Sunday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. I'm so tired of not having any money, we are just getting by on DH's salary. I want to have money for Christmas and the girls' birthdays and for emergencies. I feel fine about this job because if I'm not happy I can always quit and we can live on just DH's salary, that's a lot different than having to work to pay the bills. The hours I'm working are great because it means the girls only have to be with my MIL for a couple of hours until DH gets out of work, my MIL is still going to watch the girls while I am in school so we don't have to pay for child care, a big plus!!!
Well, that is it for this week. It's been pretty calm here, knock on wood!!! Jordan hasn't found too much to get in to!! Megan and Jordan
