Jonnah's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

October 24, 2000

Hello everyone. Nicholas is growing so much. He has turned into such a big boy. He talks up a storm. I just can't believe all the words he uses. I picked him up from day care yesterday and he came up and told me "Julianna scratched my face" I was so shocked that he could say her name. There is also another little boy there that is Nicholas' age and he was totting around a bottle yesterday. Nicholas had to tell me all about that too. It was so funny.

Last night he wanted to sit on the potty. He even got his bock-bock (chicken) book to read while he was sitting there. It was so cute.

Nicholas use to be the best sleeper. He would go to bed in his own with no problem. He would sleep all night and even sleep in in the morning. Then he would take a three hour nap in the afternoon. But now he doesn't like his bed anymore. He hates going to sleep in there. He cries and says "I no go night-night." My hubby feels sorry for him and lets him come sleep with us, but he rolls around all night long and kicks us in the face. It is not comfortable. I don't know if he has had a nightmare or if it is just too cold in there for him. Our house is pretty cold. The other thing is there are skunks under our house and their room seems to smell the worst. I just hope this stage gets over soon and he wants to sleep in his own room again.

Nicholas has named his new brother Ber-ber. He can't say Christopher. So now we have Noney and Ber-ber. Too bad he won't give us a name to call him. He comes up with the cutest nick names.

I think that is all for this week. You guys take care.
