What is Nicholas up to? Well, what isn't he up to. I swear he is growing up right before my eyes. he still has not grown out of most of his 12 months clothes. In fact, He shares a lot of his clothes with his little brother. They are wearing the same size these days. Nicholas is grwoing mentally on a daily basis.
He talks up a stoprm and knows exactly what he is talking about. For the most part so do I. there are some things I am still a little curious about though.
I said I would not potty train my kids until they are ready. I wasn't even trying to potty train Nicholas. Except......
We went to the park today and Nicholas got into the sand. his diaper was so full of sand that I had to take it off of him and didn't bring another one to put on him. I told him to let me know if he had to go potty and all day he went without a diaper on. He did have one minor accident, but he did really well. He still is not wearing a diaper and I can hear his potty chair singing from the other room. I don't even have to remind him to go.
I don't know what is going to happen from here on out. I don't know if I will continue this potty training or if Nicholas will continue. I will keep you all posted. Wish me luck and patience.
I am also a firm believer in full blown potty training (or was) Not day training or night training just potty training. I know Nicholas isn't ready for sleeping with out a diaper yet, so we will work on the days for now. Once he has mastered that we will go for the nights.
Well, that is it for this week.... Take care!! Jonnah and boys!!
