Jonnah's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

March 19, 2001

We got out of the house today. Finally!! It seems like it has been forever since we have been able to go somewhere and do something. We took a nice family bike ride to the park and had a little snack. It was nice.
Nicholas' big brother got a new bike and gave Nicholas his old one, but Nicholas is too short. This is one of those beginner bikes that are really small. We put the seat all the way down and he still can't reach the pedals.
On a brighter note he can climb onto the play equiptment at the park now all by himself. Last year he could make it up the second step because it was too tall. He was pretty proud of himself when he figured that out.
Nicholas has been daddy's big helper outside today. They have been racking leaves and picking them up. They also went through the ditch and picked out all the rocks. They did this to make it easier on daddy to mow. Nicholas got to ride in the wheel barrow and loved that. He was so cute out there. Dressed like daddy in his working flannel with a ball cap and gloves on! I should have gotten a picture. Oh well, I am sure he will be spending a lot of time outside with daddy this summer.
We,, that sums it up for this week. Take care, Jonnah and boys!!!
