Jonnah's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

February 11, 2001

Well, something really big has happened to Nicholas. He got an owie on his thumb sucking thumb. I thought he would die without his thumb to suck. He never really liked the other thumb.
His thumb had a big owie on it. Including a blister full of puss. Dh popped it and drained it and then bandaged it up. I am sure it felt better afterwards.
But, right after dh did all that it was nap time. With the favorite thumb all wrapped up he had to turn to the other thumb. Now he knows he has two thumbs that suck just fine.
He perfers the left thumb. He seems to be a little backwards when sucking the right one. Like how he places himself and stuff.
BTW, he has to either have a t-shirt to hold, his or anyone else. He likes flannel too. I bought him T-shirt sheets and now he drags his pillow around. lol My mom spent a lot of hard work and time making him an all flannel lap blanket and he hardly uses it. Just sometimes in the car.
He perfers MAtt's t-shirts under his coveralls at lunch time. lol
Well, that is it. I just thought I would tell you all about Nicholas and his sad thumb days.
