Hello everyone. Sorry I have been slacking on the entry front. We have been so sick around here.
Nicholas got up the other day and had an ear full of blood. We took him in thinking that he has ruptured his ear drum, but he didn't thank God. He does have yet another sinus infection. He has to get drops in his ears, up his nose and then be on antibiotics. He sees that nose spray and ear drops coming and starts screaming "NO". Poor little guy, you have to feel sorry for them being tortured like that.
We have asked several Doctors why Nicholas keeps getting sick and now the new baby and none of them can tell us what is causing this. Some like to try and blame it on our wood stove, but I know that can't be it. None of the Doctors seem to want to try to find out what the cause is, they just keep shoving antibiotics on the kids. Pretty soon they will be immune to them all and then what will they do? We are tied of doctors using antibiotics as a quick fix just to shut the parents up. Instead of figuring out what is really wrong and fixing it.
Nicholas has been sleeping better. He has been sleeping on the bottom bunk all by himself. Even with him being sick he hasn't climbed in bed with us. It has been great.
Nicholas is still working on those eye teeth, I don't know when they will finally pop through, hopefully soon though.
Nicholas and his dad and brother are going to be in a commercial tomorow. I am so excited for them. It is a commercial for the annual Mosquito Festival. They are going to be in or next to the fire truck. I am sure they will have fun.
Well, that is it for this week. Take care!! jonnah and boys
