Hi. Sorry for the long overdue update. I don't have much time to write. I have until the girls finish their lunch and start calling for me. So, I started school last night. I think it will be one of the most challenging but rewarding things in quite some time for me. It's anatomy and physiology I and I meet mon through thursday for 4 hours a night. My professor is great. He's interesting and I seem to have remembered most of what he said so that's good. I'm hoping for atleast a B. It will be hard to achieve that, but I will give it my best effort. It just seems like I really need to budget my time. I need to have the dishes and dinner cooked by 4:30 if I plan to eat something. We'll work it out I suppose. During the girls nap time is the only time I have to study during the week. Wish me luck.
Maddie is doing well. She's in this "look at me!" and "Me first!" phase. The first phase is a bit annoying because she'll usually say that and then make a funny face or roll over or something like that. Not too exciting for me to stop what I'm doing, but I try to humor her.
Emma is officially entered into the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) program. I have mentioned before what a horrible eater she is and that we've always had weight issues. Well she's almost 18 months old and weighs only 20 lbs. She's been stuck at 20 lbs for almost 2 months now. I have to wait until next week, right now they are doing her feeding intake where they asked me a bunch of questions and verify my insurance. I should hear back from them on Monday or Tuesday and go from there. I think it's all her doing and no medical issues but maybe there's something else that I don't know about. She never, NEVER seems to be hungry. When she was younger and didn't eat what I put in front of her, she didn't care. She'd wake up and then not eat breakfast. SO, I'm interested to get this all checked out but afraid of what the outcome will be.
WEll, I better go. They have 20 minutes until they nap so I'm going to let them play first.
Take care, and thanks for reading.
Jess
