If there is one thing that woman are notorious for, it is feelings of guilt. I have the darnedest time telling people no when they request I do something, one of the latest, getting up at 4:30 AM to drive 3 hours round trip to drop a g-aunt's friend off at the airport. But, what are relative's for, right. The next in line on my guilt agenda is not keeping a nice diary for baby #2. If you've been reading my dairy, and my blog, you know that I'm not exactly chronically anything there, just blabbering. So, I figure, I owe it to baby #2 to at leat chronicle the growing of baby #1 and the belly growth and symptoms of #2.
At least I'm gonna try. I was browsing through Walker's scrapbook and babybook trying to see what all I need to keep up with so baby #2 wouldn't feel so left out later in his/her life. Wow, I had a lot of free time when I was pg and didn't have a 15 month old to chase around, teehee.
But right now, sweet Walker is sleeping and I'm going to give you the low down on Baby #2. He or she has already been given a name, "the bug #2". I have already been a cookie-tossing nutcase. I exhausted beyond belief, how could I have forgot all this in 15 short months. I'm eating peanut butter like a mad woman as it seems to combat some of the nausea and sour candy as well. The big thing right now is I am craving chinese food and mexican food, the direct opposite of pg #1. I knoew everyone says you can't compare pg's but right now, that is the only way I can remember what to tell you. I have serious fog brain these days. We were talking to our builder (we really are building a house, $ in the bank waiting on someone to do some work), and I would get mid-sentence and just forget what I was saying. I was glad to know that this man already knew me and therefore doesn't think I am a complete fool. Things like, "I've been meaning to ask you, when we get ready to.....sorry, I forgot." I'm sure he things well it must not have been very important then uh? Oh well, pg brain is very real.
Bug #2 will have a mickey mouse room and plenty of mickey mouse clothes, regardless of boy or girl and basically that is what matters right? Oh yea, and lots of love, hehehe. The bug has a great doctor who will be doing a c/s on around December 27, 2004 and welcoming him/her into this world. We are excited to say the least. We had really planned to take our time on this house, but now, it just seems natural to want to be in the house by Christmas.
Walker is growing like a doggone weed. Actually he isn't gaining any weight but getting taller and thus seems fairly skinny for a change. A big change from big plump 28 pound 6 month old. Either way, he is gorgous and funny and adorable and loving. Here is a run down of words:
mama or nana- that is my mom b/c he hears me call her that
mommy- that is me
dada- dh of course
shu up- shut up which for now is strictly used for the dog and I shutter to think when he will learn to use it on us
ut oh- and will continue to say it as long as someone says "spaghetio's"
go- done with a hand waved forward and backward in a pushing motion
uh uh- as in no
shuh shuh- is for shan shan or Shanna the person who sits for me 2 days a week
di- is for Dylan, my 3 yo cousin he plays with
ball- loves them
heya- for here, we say that all the time w/o realizing it, "here ya go" he shortened it to heya
bite- as in GIVE ME SOME NOW
jar-jar- the dog
He understands a multitude of words but no-no is not one of them, hehe. I could list all day on this and probably left out some of his spoken words. But, remember, I have pg brain.
After writing this, I remember how much fun it is to chronicle these kind of things and even without a TTM board, I guess I will continue. You are still welcome to read my blog and to read the multiple editor blog and you can comment to me there. I look forward to seeing you there.
