Jerri's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

April 19, 2003

April 19, 2004, not 2003 as the entry says. Once again, iparenting has let me down. I have been here going on 4 months, still the date isn't fixed and my ttm doesn't work. Oh well, that's why I'm blogging. Check me out at www.walkertown.mindsay.com

But, onward here for now! I am proud to tell you, with LauraK's blessing only, that I am pregnant. I was so excited and immediately thought of sharing. Then, quickly my thoughts went to my friend and I wondered how she would feel. I just spoke to her and she is good spirts and wished us well. So, I just have to say it....I am pg! Oh, I already said it didn't I?

The story is fairly simple. I had the d&c in January and the doc said if I wasn't pg in 3 months to return. That month I have no clue when or if I O'd at all. The next month, I am fairly certain I didn't O and if I did, I know sex was scarce. This month, we were on the baby making mission. And we suceeded. Baby Made. Now Baby Stick is our next goal. Please say a quick prayer that this little baby has glue on him/her. We had the losses right before and after Walker so that is always fresh on my mind.

My in-laws were here this weekend and at some point, my mil asks "so are we talking about #2 yet?" Me and Wayne both ignore her. We act like we didn't hear a word. When I called her today, she said, I knew it, I knew it. I knew something was going on and ya'll were keeping it from me. I knew it! I laughed hysterically. This has gone very much like with Walker. I got what I deemed negative's or faint positive's (the line was only there after I scanned and inverted the picture) on 10 and 12 dpo, today 15 dpo and my endocrinologist was the one to give me the news. He patted Walker on the head and said, "boy, you are gonna have a friend to play with!" Walker immediately bawled. I think it was the doc's hand on him that upset him but still very comically to say the least.

This puts me with a due date of December 27, 2004. I have an appointment tomorrow with my ob. I love the fact that he wants to see me, now, not in 4 more weeks. I am certain (just from others who have used this doc) I will have an u/s to check viability as soon as it is possible. So, I'll let you know when that will be, when I know when it will be.

In the meantime, you can visit me on my blog and talk to me there, just like on the TTM board here. I hope everyone finds a way to keep visiting me there for that is tons of fun and.........and it is reminescent (bad spelling here) of when this site was up and rolling nicely.

So, come blog with me!

Thanks for reading,
Jerri Ann, Walker and baby #2!
