Well, the weaning off the pacifier seems like it's going really well. He's a little fussy when we first take it away in the morning, but that only lasts for a minute or so. He's stopped asking for it as much during the day, and he's actually taken several naps without it.
One really funny incident was that it looked like he was getting sleepy last night while we were watching TV, so I sat him in my lap and gave him the pacifier. After about half an hour, he wanted to get up, so I told him that if he did, he'd need to give me his "gaga." He got this devilish little grin, and then pop! He just spit it out and started giggling, then got up to play. You probably had to be there, but it cracked me up, it was so funny. I'm just glad that giving it up isn't some huge traumatic event for him.
Not a very busy week, so there's not a whole lot to report other than that. Until next week then!
