Introduction

Well, no avoiding it, I've got to brag about this brain box baby of mine! The whole family talks about Seth's head, the first thing the doctor said about Seth was "wow, great head, big mind you" and even today we say you can almost see his brains bulging, little boy with big brains and thin hair!

He is talking so beautifully these days and really showing that he understands everything. We were outside the house playing and he kept trying to pull up the ADT security stick, I said a few times, " No Seth, that says ADT, daddy works for ADT" well a couple of days later he was asking for daddy ( all day long, "da-eee? gone? Oh. da-eee") and I said " yes, daddy's gone to work" He looked up and said " da-eee. gone, ADT" Smarty pants! Then today we walked to the pet shop, and walked past the AT&T store.." Ooh, Da-eee, ADT" well, s'cuse me, just one letter out and I think at 19 months we'll let him have that one!

He talks all day long, says Hi and bye to everyone we pass, he loves to go shopping, and has begun to throw tantrums if he can't have the things he sees. I am working very hard on Seth's behaviour,he's so quick that we have to keep on top of everything or he could very quickly become super brat. So in the store he can hold something but not open it or eat until it's paid for, I say over and over " we need to pay the lady or she will be so cross, when we pay the lady you can have a cracker / fruit / lolly" So now he holds what ever it is we are buying and says over and over " Sess,( Seth) yady,( lady) pay" when we get to the checkout he says " YADY...pay, penny, Sess sweeties"

Poor Isaac, wherever we go it seems people think he's backward, he's nearly as big as Seth and his face is less 'babyish' but at 8 months, he sits and smiles, or stares and chews on toys, while seth the tiny bloke, talks and points and socialises, so we hear " Is one more talkative than the other one?" or " are they twins? does the other one not like to walk?" Rob ( 16) said last week " Is Isaac a bit retarded? only Seth does all this stuff and Isaac just sits there really, he can't even walk or anything!" Poor little stinker!

Seth and Isaac are becoming such a double act, they are really enjoying each other and play and laugh together, it's too touching to see these babies squeal and laugh in the mornings when they first see each other.

Seth's love of animals continues, he can identify and name hippo, rhino, dog, cat, panda, giraffe, tiger, turtle, crocodile, snake and I suspect more than I can think of! He watches animal documentaries and nature programmes, loves animal books and loves the disney programme "Stanley" his favourite pyjamas are tiger ones just like Stanleys and he roars and says " Danley!" when we put them on him. We had a dove come down the chimney yesterday and today he has talked about " burb, oh oh, out! tree." he loved watching it fly away and go into the big tree in the yard.

I am so enjoying these baby boys lately, we still get little sleep but it is geting better, they are such fun as well as hard work, it's simply amazing to see these 2 little people becoming such individuals, chalk and cheese, but complimenting each other all the way! I love having these little boys.....well worth it as Jordan used to say!
