Claire, the Traveling Wilbury

This past weekend, we went "home" to Pennsylvania for our nephew's Baptism. Claire, as usual, had a wonderful time seeing her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. She is spoiled rotten with attention (and sometimes presents) every time we go to visit! I guess that's what grandparents are for, though. Claire is a pretty good little traveler. She rides along in the backseat, playing with her toys and books, tossing Cheerios (which I'm sure will never be found again!) and sometimes "singing" along with the radio. The trip is generally about four hours, not including a rest stop for Claire's sake, so, all and all, not a bad journey.

So Sorry ...

I apologize in advance for the shortness of this entry. I have no other excuse except the fact that I have a deadline, I've been busy and I'm a bit lazy this week. So, in lieu of a really good entry, I'm going to ask everyone for some help.

It was suggested to me that Claire's "pet" squirrel is in need of a name. I'm going to ask each and every one of you to be creative (come now, it's not THAT hard) and post me your thoughts and/or ideas. I'm even considering a prize for the best name. (GOSH! How pathetic is my life that I'm "sponsoring" a squirrel naming contest??? Oh do I need a hobby!!!!!!) Well, Claire DOES like that mangy thing, so I guess I am doing this for her sake, right??? (sure... whatever you say...). So, hurry and post you ideas today!!! I'll be thinking up a really good prize and if I'm not too lazy, I'll even send it out to the winner!!! Good luck to you all! (and so sorry about the cruddy update. Next time, there will be pictures to compensate!

All for now!
