Well, another week gone - but where????? Oh the time seems to slip from our grasp so easily!!!

My little guy is not the social butterfly I had imagined. One of the girls I went to ante natal classes contacted me a few months ago and we decided this week to have afternoon tea. Her little girl was born 5 days before Louis so the age thing is great. They arrived yesterday and Louis went shy.......for the entire 2 hours!!! Her little girl played in the toy room all afternoon, Louis sat on my lap. Her little girl screamed (and I mean screamed) with excitement at the toys, Louis cried. So, the afternoon wasn't as much of a success as I'd imagined, but we grown-ups had a fantastic chin-wag!!!

Louis hates me cuddling other babies, this makes me a litle reluctant to have another one. We visited a friend today who has a 4 week old baby - absolutely gorgeous little girl. Just before we left I had a little cuddle and Louis cracked the biggest tantrum. I made sure he knew that I was giving her back and that I loved him.....to no avail!!! I know he would have to get used to having a little brother or sister but he loves me sooooooo much.

I have a baby shower to go to this weekend, and once again I am 'social coordinator'. I love organising these events for my work mates. This is the second one I've done in the last few months. I get all the girls together, they give me money, I go out and buy the presents and get them all to bring something along for lunch. We have a great time, with great friends and good food.

I need to ask if anyone has a recipe for BANANA BREAD. One of the bakeries makes it here but I haven't seen a recipe anywhere. I love the stuff!!!
