Louis turns 2 this Saturday and he is such a little man. We are having a few issues with sleep at the moment but we've realised it's a delayed response to taking his dummy off him. I wanted to be rid of the dummy before he turned 2 and it looks like I've succeeded. He's been climbing out of his bed, crying and throwing tantrums during nap time and bedtime. We were really scolding him for it until we realised that he is going through a real adjustment phase and we needed to be more understanding. He simply misses the comfort of the dummy and wants to be close to us to compensate. He has been without his dummy for 3 weeks now but the sleep thing only hit last week. I now sit with him for at least 5 minutes when he goes to bed at night and then leave him, reassuring him that I'll come back and check on him. Usually he's asleep before then.

We had a BBQ for Cameron and Louis last Saturday with family which was lovely......no big parties this year. Louis' Grandma and Grandad are coming down for the Easter break and they'll get to share his actual birthday with him. Then Easter Bunny comes the following day. Louis might think that every birthday is full of presents and chocolate eggs!!!

I had my 32 week check up on Tuesday and the head is still engaged (4/5). I'm still having alot of pelvic pain, mainly at the end of the day. My obyn said that the baby will probably be small to average. I'm just going to wait and see how big he is. I know he's not going to be huge, I'd be surprised if he was over 8lbs, but you never can tell. I'm starting to get excited about labour.....is this weird? I think I'm just excited that once I go through that I'll get to meet my darling little boy. I can't wait to have our little family of 2 boys. Oh what fun we'll have.
