Debbie's Diary EntriesDiary Navigation: |
February 9, 2000
Our computer is down, so I am writing Debbie's journal entry for her this week.Nathan is now even taller and faster. His cousin Alex, who is 2 and a half, came over last Friday night. A whee of a time was had by all. Debbie was kind of disappointed that a picture frame was broken. I was astonished the house was still standing after the two boys got done playing. For the first 20 minutes all was very quiet with the boys happily sharing toys. Then, Debbie left.
Once Debbie was out of the house, they let it rip with constant motion for three loud hours. They pushed Nathan's toy car around and tried to push each other into the wall. As soon as one got in the toy car, the other tried to push him out. Then, they both, astonishingly I think, watched Mulan happily for almost 30 minutes at a stretch. It was mucho mucho fun, and I can hardly wait for the next play date.
Nathan is better from his bout with croup. It was very scary with the barking seal-like cough. But, the shot and the cool mist vaporizer did the trick.
