Christy's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

October 21, 2003

This is a completely off topic post starting off, but I know that a few readers are Pampered Chef fans, so...

I'm having an Online Open House through 10/28. Save 10% off all items! A few tools are already on sale this month with a 10% discount, so save an extra 10% off of those items! (Ultimate Slice & Grate, Egg Slicer Plus, Mini-Muffin Pan, Easy Accent Decorator and more...) E-mail me if you'd like to order anything (and don't forget about Christmas!!) christy@besidestillwaters.com

Alyssa's birthday is rapidly approaching. We're not planning anything big, but I have picked up cups, plates, napkins and her presents - mostly clothes and a xylaphone by Little Tikes. She's into music! Great Grandma is getting her a Radio Flyer wagon, so she'll be a happy little girl! I *may* decide to invite a couple of the kids from playgroup, but I'm undecided still.

The weather is so beautiful. Our water issues at the house are fixed so I can start in the yard now. And the septic work begins in two days. Now if construction will just start moving along faster, we'll be okay! Well, I'm sure we'll be okay anyway. We're just impatient.

I took this past month's Pampered Chef check and got almost all of my Christmas shopping done! No credit card debt this year! YAY! I only have a couple more things to get and this month's check should take care of them - and leave room for a gift for ME! Maybe. My SIL just signed up to become a consultant, so hopefully she'll do well. I'm glad that our director is so awesome - makes things a lot easier than getting stuck under someone you don't like!

Okay, off to spend some time with DH...
