Don't fall over - two entries from me in one week! LOL
No updates on the business side or anything - we're still waiting and waiting and waiting...
Alyssa has become quite the smarty. We were getting cat food at Wal-Mart yesterday and she said "MEOW!" and I got out a toy that she hadn't played with before - three ducks that you pull. She said "Duck! Quack!" Where did she learn that?? And she has started copying me when I say "Earl" She says "URRRLLLL!" Too cute!
We finally finished Alyssa's room. It is all painted and very cute. We just have to stain her new dresser and it's ready to go! I'll take some pictures once we complete that project and post them - somewhere!
Very big news! I found a playgroup! Happened upon it actually. Earl and I went to the farmer's market yesterday and it's at the park. There were a bunch of kids at the playground and Alyssa headed straight there. We ended up swinging next to a little boy about her age and I asked his mom if she knew of any playgroups in town. She said "YES! We're having playgroup right now!" Turns out the go to the pool at the gym, the park, meet at people's houses - the whole bit! How cool is that? And definitely an answer to prayer. I had just left my Curves workout and on the way out the door prayed for more friends. WHOO HOOO! I'm so excited!
Speaking of Curves - I LOVE it! I've gone three times this week and it's so much fun! The time really goes by quickly. And there's a massage therapist there! I got a "rain shower massage" on Tuesday and I feel great! (Plus, we may have found someone who can do spa treatments at the inn!)

Okay, gotta find something sweet to eat. Major cravings (PMS) tonight. Ya'll have a great weekend and perhaps I'll be as timely with my next update (that would be a miracle!)
