December 23, 2002
The weather around here has been strange for Missouri. Last week we had sirens going off, due to tornado warnings, above normal temps, now we have snow. They are calling for over 12 inches of this stuff. The highway by us is going so slow, like maximum of 5 MPH. There are wrecks all over town. Tis' the season! My school has not "decided" if they are going to cancel evening classes. And the "real" hard snow is yet to come! Let's just say that even if they hold classes tonight, I am NOT going. There is no way in this world that I am driving on this crap.
NOAH

Well he has 12 teeth, I fogot to mention that last time. We noticed number 11 and 12 about 2 weeks ago. 12 teeth for a 14 month old! He has a lot for his age, I think. And right now he has a terrible rash on him bottom :-(. I have to used washclothes to wipe him after a messy diaper, cause the wipes are making him scream. If the diaper oinement doesn't clear it up soon I am calling the doctor.
OUR CHRISTMAS PLANS
***********************
Well with the weather warnings out, we don't know what the exact plans are now. We had planned to go to my moms tomorrow afternoon, stay over night, get up and open gifts, make breakfast, eat, visit, then off to my in laws. Over there we were to eat, visit, open more gifts, and this was going to probably be the last time we see one of my BIL's his wife and my niece for a few years cause they are going to Germany. But now that the snow has hit, we may not be going. My mom lives real far out in the country, up a steep dirt road, and my MIL lives out in the country too, on a road that is known to not be real clear during the winter. So we may end up at home. We can only wait and see what happens tonight and tomorrow. I look out my window and see kids out there running, throwing snow balls and having a grand time. Ahhh to be a child again.
I hope that everyone has a very Merry Christmas. Have fun with your family, eat lots of good food, and if you have to travel be safe. I will update after Christmas.
