June 13, 2003
It has been a while since I updated. I doubt I have much to talk about in this entry but I better say something.
Noah is talking more and more. Still has that baby gabbering going on but more babbleing is becoming normal words. He does have the words "mine, don't, no, cheese, binky, hungry" down pat pretty well. Hungry is more like "hungwie" but none the less I know what he wants. He says G.G. for my mom and MeMaw for my Mother in law. He loves to help me clean up too. It is so cute, sweet and very helpful. He will pick a napkin or a water bottle and go throw it in the trash. We all praise him for helping out so much. He grins great big when he knows he has done so well.
This week has been very hard. I was even thinking of quitting school. With both boys home and Noah is VERY active, I rarely get to study or get my reading done. Noah has stopped taking naps for the most part so all day it is cleaning, cooking and playing with Noah. And Noah still wants to run through the apartment butt naked. He has managed to completely undress himself and rip that diaper right off. Somedays it takes all I can to not commit myself to the padded rooms at the hospital. But at the end of the day I look at both boys sound asleep and they look like peaceful little angels. Peacful being the key word there. Hehe!
This weekend we are going to see an old friend of Don's then Grandma will come get both boys on Sunday. This is a much needed break for mom and dad.
