March 12, 2003
Ok, I am going to try this entry AGAIN! Last time something happened and the entry was lost. UGH!
MONDAY MARCH 10TH 2003
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today Noah had a checkup with the ENT, Dr. W. Dr. W wanted to check Noah's ears to see how they were after surgery. When he looked in them he said, "mom both ears are perfect!" He asked if I have noticed a changed in Noah's attitude. Hummm, YES! A BIG difference! He is alot more happy now. He is trying to talk more, right now it is baby jabbering, but none the less. He calls everyone momma. Though this weekend he did say ganma, for grandma. Ahh so sweet. I have noticed that he has alot more energy, that would be an understatement. He is a fireball of energy now. Keeps me going all day. FHEW! Noah will go back to Dr. W in Sept. for a 6 month check up.
BREATHING TREATMENTS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And here they come again. I noticed Sunday that Noah had a runny nose. UGH another cold! Come on Spring! Last night we were up every 2 1/2 hours giving treatments, due to Noah coughing so much and weezing some. He sounds better this morning. But what a night!
SEARCHING FOR THE IDEAL OUTSIDE TOYS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have been trying to search for a good ride on toy for Noah for outside. He is really loving being out when it is nice weather. I am thinking about one of those little cars by little tikes that they get in and you push them around. This one I seen has a platform so thier feet don't get dragged around, then the platform can be removed later. Now with Austin we had the Little Tikes coupe car. We loved it, except when he was little and we would push him his feet would drag behind and that just was not my idea of fun. Plus it didn't have a long push handle for the parents. So all you readers can you give me your opinions, experiences, advice? I love to hear from you, like always.
IS IT TIME?
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Or should I wait longer? Is it time to introduce Noah to a potty stool? He is 16 months old. He has this fasination with the toilet, can't stand to have a wet or dirty diaper on. I know no one would, but he could barely be wet and such and will have a fit till he is completely dry. Hummm...could it be time? This would be a TOTAL blessing to me. Austin was almost 3 before he potty trained, so anytime before 3 would be a blessing this time around. I am also scoping out the potty stools, oh which one to buy! They don't even make the one we had with Austin. But we did learn that the splash gaurds have to the real soft, flexible rubber for our boys. I seen this one called the royal throne, I think that is the name. It was real cute and seems like the best out that I have seen. Any advice on that? Ideas? Opinions? Experiences?
Love,
Christa & Noah
