Greetings! What's New in Our World

1. Alli's caregiver since she was 7 mos. old is retiring this week. This is going to really throw our morning routine. Alli is VERY attached to Eileen and in the past, when Eileen has been sick or not at work, Alli cries for her and has a hard time adjusting that day. Next week could be NO FUN.
2. Alli has her first "chore." She waters my flowers outside for me every other day. She gets all excited when I pull out the watering can. Too bad this kind of excitement won't last until she's older!
3. "Why?" continues. My answers range from "Because God said so." to "Because when you try to clean my windows with your tongue I have clean them for the 10th time that week."
4. My mom is here visiting for over a week. She's looking at places to live a hour or so away. Alli thinks she has a new playmate now and drags her "hamma" everywhere. "Go outside, come here, hamma do it, etc."
5. My stress level is increasing and my sanity level is decreasing. La,la,la,la,la...
6. I'm spending 2 whole nights away from my baby girl next month. Her dad is going to just add an extra night to his weekend so I can fly to CA for a good friend's wedding. I'm also going to spend A LOT of time with my friends when I'm there. I'm free! I'm free! Going to miss Alli something awful but this will be good for me.

This is short this week b/c I'm swamped! Hope everyone is happy and healthy!
