Join Candace and her daughter Alexandria as they forge a new path into toddlerhood.

November 30, 1999

Hi everyone! Let me introduce myself. My name is Candace. I am (for all intents and purposes) 22 years old. My dh is Albert, and he is 62. Yes, he's 40 years my elder, but I'd like to think not much the wiser. Ha, ha. (I also have a wicked sense of humor!) Alexandria is our beautiful daughter, who was born about 27 minutes after midnight the day after Christmas. Making her birthday December 26. I am a full time student at Southeast Missouri State University. I am planning on going to graduate school as soon as I graduate this summer. Al is a retired high school physics teacher. He now works at Proctor and Gamble in the tissue/towel storeroom. He loves his job. I have for the past year been taking a light course load, but this spring I am going to do it full time.

I am excited to be sharing this diary, I hope to learn a lot from others with more experience, and maybe I’ll teach someone something along the way, too!
