I don't expect this to be a long one. Things are pretty status quo. G is 21 months old now.

Work: one more letter of resignation. That's 3 this month. More to follow in October - I know. I am applying for a GS position here on post. It's hard to get a GS job but once you are in you are in! You have preference over any other employee if you've had a GS job and are applying for a GS job. Benefits are good too. The bad thing is that it's only temporary, until June. But, it could go on longer than that. I'm just not sure. It would be perfect if I am pregnant this month, because I can make in 9 months with this GS job what I make in a year and if I can save money then I can take 3 months off with the new baby. One more week before AF. I'll let you all know.

G: He didn't cry this morning when I dropped him off at daycare. Last Friday when I picked him up he didn't want to leave. Those are the days I don't feel so bad about leaving him there. He is very loved by the workers. I cut his hair this weekend. As much as I loved the curls it was just getting too long. Initially I was just going to trim the top, then it started to look like a mullet so I decided to trim the back. There is still curl in it so when it starts to grow again, I think it will still be a little curly. It is really cute. He looks like a little boy now, not a baby. I miss my baby already ;) He was a good boy while letting me cut his hair. Saturday we went to a wedding and he was running around on the dance floor like an idiot with the other kids. He had a great time - non doubt. Then we went to my brother's house and spent some time there and he played with his cousins. He was exhausted after not having a long nap earlier in the day and slept until 9:30 sunday morning. On the weekends we use him as our alarm and it surprises me sometimes how late we actually get up.

That's it. I can't really think of anything else. I did email iparenting again and asked about putting G's picture up on the index diary page. No response. Plus I had asked about some pics they were supposed to put in an entry which never happened. I don't have any new pics up on the webpage right now but when I do, I'll let you all know.
