Alma's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

January 1, 2004

Hello everyone!
Sorry I haven't writen in so long but with a full time job, part-time school, and full time Trini, I hardly have time to sleep. Last weekend was Trinity's birthday and we had a small get together just with the immediate family. My inlaws came down for the weekend so I spent all week preparing for that. I all turned out better than I expected. I didn't want to have a huge party like the one I had when she turned one, so we toned it down with a pizza party and a cake. Everyone had a great time specially Trinity. It was so cute to watch her open her presents all by herself!!!!! I just can't believe it's been two years already! She is talking so much now. She is like a little person that I can hold conversations with. I definately know she will be ready next year for Pre-school. Is 3 too early to send her to pre-school? Some people have told me it is, and others have told me the earlier the better. What do you guys think? I went to Pre-school when I was 3 and excelled in kindergarden and first grade. I was always ahead of my class. Well, so far, the terrible twos have actually not been too terrible. I am having so much fun watching her learn all kinds of new words and new dance moves from her favorite TV shows! I will try to get some pictures posted if possible. Hope to hear from some of you soon and I will try to update you guys more often from now on.
Enjoying the begining of the terrible twos,
Alma & Trini
